T5 has direct Heathrow Express and Elizabeth Line service. Both work, until they don't: weekend engineering, morning rush crowds, the last-mile dash with luggage. A pre-booked taxi takes those variables off the table.
Booking a Taxi to Terminal 5
Pre-book your taxi and the fare is locked the moment you confirm. No meter, no surge. All Heathrow drop-off charges are included. Adding your flight number lets us track delays automatically.
Where your driver drops you
We drop you at the Terminal 5 departures level. Look for the BA or Iberia check-in zone signs as you walk in. The departures forecourt has a 10-minute limit, but the £7 drop-off charge is part of your fixed fare.
Best route to T5
Most pre-booked Heathrow taxis to T5 use M25 Junction 14, which lands you right at the terminal. The M25 J14 slip road feeds straight into the T5 access road. There's no need to cross to the central terminal area, which saves five to ten minutes at peak times. For pickups from central London, the route runs west via the A4 and onto the M4. Your driver allows extra time for M25 traffic so you reach T5 unhurried.
Early flights and tight check-in
T5 morning departures stack up between 6am and 9am, especially long-haul BA flights. We confirm your driver the night before. Your car arrives ahead of schedule so check-in queues never become the reason you missed boarding.

Heathrow doesn't allow private hire pickup at the kerb outside T5. Your driver parks in Short Stay Car Park 5, the multi-storey directly facing the terminal. Finding the car park
Once you exit the T5 arrivals hall, head straight ahead toward the multi-storey. The car park is signposted from inside. T5 also has the POD parking shuttle for the outer car parks. Private hire pickups use the short-stay block, not the PODs.
How you find your driver
Before you land, we email your driver's name, car make and registration. Once you're through customs, message your driver on WhatsApp. No UK SIM? Connect to "_Heathrow Wi-Fi" inside T5 and message at no cost.
Prefer to be met inside arrivals?
Add meet and greet for £20 at booking. Your driver waits inside the T5 arrivals hall holding a name board near the exit. It suits passengers with heavy luggage, families, or anyone who'd rather not walk to the car park.

What is the £7 charge at Terminal 5?
Heathrow charges £7 for any taxi entering the drop-off or pick-up zones at T5. Our fixed fare includes this charge. You don't pay anything at the airport.
Can my driver wait inside the arrivals hall?
Yes, with our meet and greet add-on for £20. Your driver holds a name board near the T5 arrivals exit. It's worth it for late-night arrivals, large groups or anyone with heavy luggage.
How early should I leave for a Terminal 5 flight?
For T5 long-haul, allow at least three hours before take-off. For short-haul or domestic, two hours is normally enough. We can confirm a safe pickup time once we know your flight number.
Can you drop me at T5A, T5B or T5C?
All check-in is at T5A, the main building. The T5B and T5C satellites handle long-haul gates. They're reached by the internal transit train after security. So we drop you at T5A regardless of your gate.
